I'll follow the 3+2 "Run Less, Run Faster" program from The Furman Institute of Running (FIRST) and Runner's World. I prefer this training plan because it's easier for me to stay injury free running just 3 days per week, and swimming 2 or 3 times. I have been training with this method for about 2 years and I'm very pleased.
Also, as now I travel more frequently than before, it's easier for me to accomplish my weekly routine.
